High pitch tones In my head NOT ears!

Does anyone else have the problem of hearing a very high pitched frequency tone constantly in their head??? I do and please do not comment with tinnitus. I had MRI’s, went to ENT’s, blood taken, talked to doctors and even a SPINAL TAP! Which I ended up having to go have a blood patch put in my spine cause I was the 1 in a million that it happened to mess up on! And still ALL prognosis was that I was fine?! Couldn’t find anything? My doctor actually made me feel like I was physcotic! Told him I hear constant ringing inside of my head not in my ears and he just looked at me strange and said I needed to maybe talk to a  physiatrist! Also when I turn my head to far for to long I hear my blood flowing louder and I get dizzy and blurry vision or if I bend over for to long . I can’t ride rides that hold u upside down for to long or gravity pullers cause I pass out. Please if there is someone else out there like me give me advice as to how you deal with it or if there is a cure!! I’m desperate! Been going on for 3 years now. Also I have to wear ear plugs at work cause I can’t handle loud noises either.
