High pitched tone in my head all the time

I had to pick a somewhat random forum to post this in since I don't know what it is.

I have a high pitched tone in my head all the time and it's annoying.

When it first started (about ten years ago) it would be agonizing and torturously loud and would ruch on me the instant I fell asleep, catching me just before I lost conscoiousness, and I would feel stuck inside myself for a second, suffocating, being anihalated by that immense noise, struggling to wake up it felt like drowning but with a sound so loud I wished I was dead.

Absolutely terrifying, but when it was that loud it wasn't a tone more a high pitched pulse maybe three pulses per second, like a fast high pitched sledge hammer pounding away on the inside of the head.

The first night I couldn't sleep from this I thought I may never sleep again and die a horrible death, passing out into that tortue when I couldn't hold myself awake any longer, I ran from my house and just roamed the streets crying.

After some time I came back home, and I managed to fall asleep.

That's how it started, but that tone has never gone and it's always been there, it's there right now.The tone doesn't get like that anymore but it does get very loud and pulsing when im in bed or when my eyes are closed sometimes.

Has anyone heard of anything like this? Any ideas what it might be? If it may be curable? I don't feel like I'm losing my hearing or anything like that.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

I've been examining the possible causes of this hellish mess for years. As weird as it seems, when these "frequencies" began, my first instinct was that I was picking up on some kind of communication. Of course I talked myself out of that "crazy crap".  However, as we are enveloped by more various frequencies, this torment is reaching more people. I also believe it has damaged plants, animals, and insects. Natural frequencies are their primary communication and rules life for most of nature. Notice any mass animal "suicides" recently?

We will not be able to stop this. It's going to keep getting worse. If you talk to your doctor, most will look at you like you're nuts. We know it's real, and at some point in the near future they will too. That will not help us.

I've learned a lot in my 60 years on Earth and one is hypnosis. I believe we should try to shift our perception of this unique sensitivity and perhaps try to experience it as a gift.  Somehow we must learn how to stop fighting it and listen to the details.

I hear a variety of tones in different octaves though mostly high pitched. If you sit alone in the quiet room with lights off, you might be able to chart the changes. Try to hear it as a form of music?

I'm choosing to believe that something entirely unique is occurring, and I'm working on altering my perceptions.

As I said in a prior comment, I'm pretty scared of the impending 5G situation. They're already slapping them up. Keep your eyes open and look. Go out at night when you're alone. Chart the changes according your proximity to wiring, cameras, wifi, etc. I believe you'll be amazed!

We must learn how to adapt. Is this evolution in action? I just don't know...

Almost forgot! Surely by now everyone is at least mildly aware of the monumental geographical, weather, and astronomical changes we are experiencing. I think this is also a huge factor.

If you're paying attention to this planet, you must know we are in radically strange times...

Have the same problem that all have mention

approx. 5 years ago My noise started also . 60 years of age at the time . Good health and not over weight ,non smoker ,non drinker ,no drugs , happy married 47 years

First my noise started out in a strange form my ( noise ) started out in what I called it DATA -DATS some what a skipping tone  .

remember when we all  had to use the startup on a old dial up computer when we used the phone line , that strange sound and then we MADE  contact . I know this sounds strange but that is  how it first started and now it is a constant tone , So after a total of 3 audio test by 3 different Dr. and all test told the same story .

No hearing problem all test tested the same.

So on my on I took on the down load the app for( Function Generator)  to be able tell someone this is as close to what it sounds like freq 7247.17 hz  Master volume 87 ( -1dB )  that's when I zero it out and this volume overrides the tone in my head and it will become the same level .. and to have it to show others .THIS is with headphone on ...

    I here this 24/7

I have been on a quest to study EMF, and Watts per meter sq. also down loaded the The Architecture of Radio and with this I at least found the direction that data is coming from  and some of this, is to do with what some are having problems... . when I find a ( what I call a quiet spot the noise gets better  it is  hard to find locations ) a metal building is quiet spot sometimes with no electrical in it  . please let me know if some  of you have the same information .

Hi, same noise in my head on both sides. Also have been for tests and checks, including nose throat and ear specialist, neurologist and mri brain scan. All of which resulted in it not being something physically wrong that the specialists can see.

Mine started soon after having bypass surgery. In my case, I beleive that being put on the Cardiopulmonary bypass machine may have caused a shortage of oxygen somewhere that resulted in damage and in the end the non-stop high pitch sound in my head. I was told that I was rushed back to the operating theatre soon after being pushed into icu recovery because of excessive bleeding. Maybe that is when the mistakes were made that cause damage... I can not say. What I do know is that before I went for the bypass opp I did not have any issues with high pitch noises or tinnitus or problems in my head or ears but soon after it started and has not stopped for 1 second ever since. Gets worse at times but overall makes it very difficult to concentrate, think, function or be like I was before the opp. (Note that the operation was not done due to a heart attack but because I went in for a check on my gp's request after which blocked artery issues were found. I then decided to go for the operation, even while feeling totally healthy, as a preventative measure. Something I have been regretting ever since as I feel a lot worse afterwards!)

You folks all have my deepest sympathy. I have tried every possible way to exist with this never ending torture treatment, but it just keeps getting worse. Is this related to the Schumann Resonance? Are we overly sensitive to the frequencies of Earth and our environment???

Your 1 out of every 4 people walking around with a chip or device implanted that causes you this torture my head is sounding off as I type this in. Crazy no this is real and truth and what can be done about this I don’t know but it is torture 5 years for me dealing with this and the more you talk about it the worse it seems to get

I think it gets worse, as it interferes so much with sleep. I have to take a sleep mes to get a couple of hours, but the damn thing always wakes me up. Do you have an endless headache with it? You might need something for that too if you'd like to be able function in any kind of productive way. I think this is the high tech version of water torture.

Are we TIs? I used to think that was weird, but now I wonder.

I think it does have a lot to do with the Schumann Resonace, ELF, geological and astromical anomilies... I also believe we're screwed.

If you watch videos, you might want to research DutchSinse, Mrmbb333, Evolutionary Arts, WSO... One will lead you to another.  The planet is in a state of unrest. There's a lot to learn about this peculiar affliction right now.

Something very strange is happening, and I wonder how much of it is "natural" or by design.

I have so much empathy for everyone who suffers with this tormenting challenge that never stops. I frequently imagine what it might be like to get a day or even a few hours off. Just imagine what 5G has in store for us! So sad.

Yes, I do know what you mean. I'm coming 76, and have had tinnitus for more than 35 years, after someone slapped me across my ear.

The noise has been there ever since, seldom reducing much in volume and often increasing markedly for extensive periods of time. Although I find it very annoying and hard to concentrate, I have learned to live with it - so far, unlike an ex-work colleague who had reached the point of actively considering suicide.

Meditating can help some people, excluding me, and taking some forms of alternative medication has, apparently, helped others.

The ONE thing that I find can help me is intense concentration on something else. In my case that might involve solving a real-life problem - like designing and making, or repairing a machine. However, for me, that solution to one problem may trigger another.

My advice, if permitted, is to find something else on which to focus your mind, or perfect your own technique for meditation.

I deal with this aggravating problem the same way Daveyrog...

I'm fortunate that I love working with my hands and do a lot of crafts and house repairs/improvements. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have this passion for creating. I truly can't imagine what I would do without it.

Lately I've been busy weaving tiny seed beads on very large looms. These projects take many hours or focused work that requires 100% of my full attention. It's a bit of an eye strain even with a magnifying visor that I always use, but it keeps me fully occupied and takes my mind off of noise and headache problems.

Ultimately, one must find absorbing distractions to live with a significant affliction that demands your full time attention.

Thank you for the great advice Daveyrog...
