I have been told that the protein c in my blood is quite high they said it's usually between 70 and 130 but mine is 259ml does anybody know what this means why it would be this high?

Again you are asking about another health issue which could be linked to your BP and dizzyness, please return to your GP and get a proper diagnosis as no one on here can possibly guess what the real problem is as they don't have your full medical history to hand.
Why hasn't your GP looked into this and given you a reason
Come back after you have seen them again to then get advice as to how others have dealt with the same illness

could b u have an infection or other medical condition going on due to all the things u have going on at the moment it would be best to consult with your doctor so they can find out the cause as theres many things it could be
