High RBC, HGB, and HCT but low platelet count

I recently went to the doctor for a swollen lymphnode on the left side of my neck. I got bloodwork and an ultrasound done on it but havent heard back from my doctor other than my blood test results. i have elevated hemoglobin, hematocrit and rbc's but low platelet count. should i be concerned? i have not heard back about my ultrasound yet but should sometime this week. Mono test came back negative!

    Hello

    I just had blood work done and my hemoglobin, hematocit and RBC were also slightly elevated above the regular reference. My WBC was the middle of the range so okay.

    Did you ever find out the reason for your results?

    Sorry, meant to say my platelet count was mid range , so okay
