high risk pregnancy

I was classed as a high risk pregnancy as I have suffered 4 unprovoked Pulmonary embolisms.

Its a very long story so I will be brief

I suffered an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured my right fallopian tube resulting in emergency life saving surgery.

Could my medication cause my ectopic?? I was on apixaban 5mg x2 daily and also Clarithromycin 500mg

I also had 3 xrays, CT contrast scans and many many blood test so why wasn't my pregnancy detected??
