High serum b12 result

Hello, i just had serum b12 results back and its very high 2300 ng/L i have really awful symptoms, which would be same as if i was low in b12?. All my full blood count (liver and kidneys results normal). i have doctors to discuss this next week but really baffled by this result. waiting on folate blood result because the last one was invalid.

i paid private last year for b12 injections but stopped in august, surely it would be out my system by now?.

grateful for any advice please.
