High thyroid per oxidase antibody levels

hi I've been backwards and forwards to doctors and feared to several specialists as I've been in so much pain with muscles, back, neck problems and had pleurisy twice in the last few years and many many virus bugs etc. Felt like utter rubbish had chest pains hospital thought I was having a heart attack at one point finally got my doctor to do some more tests after having to put a complaint in as I was told re my spinal specialist he thought maybe a problem with my thyroid. Doctor insisted not but she finally did some tests . My thyroid antibody level has come back as 552 iu states should be less than 50. My serum TSH level is 4.56 mu/L  (0.38-5.33) serum free T4 is 11 pmol/L (7.8-14.4) also my serum alkaline phosphatase is high 136 u/l (30-120) but my GP has just said to monitor it every six months and to leave as is. I am really struggling sick of feeling so poorly all the time, lack of energy, depressed, nausea, stomach pains, muscle spasms, heart palpitations. The list goes on. Am I right in thinking it may be hashimotos disease. Is there nothing I can do ? She won't refer me as she said we have to wait and see. Any advice anyone.

    Hello Sharon.

Your right to suspect hashimotos/also it's been found that a high percentage of people with fibromyalgia have hashimotos .

Your symptoms are just like mine and I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Yes, that is Hashimoto's. I have hypothyroidism and was being treated for that. A few years later my antibodies were over 1000 and the Dr said the diagnosis was now Hashimoto because of the antibodies being so high. Just because your TSH is in the normal range, doesn't mean it's normal for you.
