high wbc

hi can anyone please give me some insight into my blood results wbc 17 neutrophil count 11.3 lymphocyte count 3.9 eosinophil count 0.7 basophil count 0.2 and not on bottom as eosinophillia / neutrophilia also note reactive lymphocytes present have to wait to see a haemotologist i have had raised wbc for 8 years reading between 14 or 15 and neutrophils around 9.5 but i have been really stressed the last 12 months so had a fbc and these were the results everything else came back normal really scared as i think it's something serious can you get right if treated or is this a death sentance
