High white and red blood cell count

Hi all,

Im new to this forum and honestly just seeking some insight/advice.  i havent been feeling well for a while and its gradually gotten worse.. extreme fatigue, bone pain in shins, hips, lower back (aching & sensitive to touch). i had blood work done recently and my doctor literally told me today "i just dont know". My blood work came back showing high red and white cells (white was worse than red), high hemoglobin, high hematocrit, high iron, low cholesterol, vitamin d and low factor 8 (30% not super low). im now on week three of a constant headache and overall feeling pretty rough  im working on a referral to a hematologist but i know it'll take a while.

any thoughts/similar experience would be greatly appreciated!!

Sorry, I can't give you much advice on this, but there is definitely something going on.  Where is your doctor going from here?  Is he sending you to a specialist?

Yeah, I have to wait until hes back in town next week though. Which entirely sucks bc i feel so abosutely horrible today. I posted to fb actually asking if anyone I know, knows a hematologist. Someone responded and put me in touch with an engineer/designer for blood tests and we spoke for about an hour talking about how ive been feelilng. he asked some strange questions then called me back and told me I basically need to demand they send me to a hematolgist and test me for polycythemia vera.

    Dear Elisabeth,

Although it is extremely difficult to diagnose your haematology mal function due to the lacking of your full blood examination results, it seems to me that it is possibly develop in your haematology system due to extreme changes of your Ph level in your body. Generally speaking it is occurring due to the absorbing of no (your body) related bioorganic components (foods).

We are able to help you but to give you some ideas we needs your full blood examination history (Blood histochemistry). Preferably the last 10 years.

    All the best
