Highly Elevated ALT/AST with a ratio of 0.6 - horrible anxiety/worry

I am a recovering addict and have been sober for years now. Since taking better care of myself I have been working more closely with doctors. I have been treated with Clonidine for unresolved chronic high blood pressure and am also on Suboxone long term for opioid replacement therapy. I just found this place and figured maybe it would help me with some of my anxieties. I have heard my enzymes have always been elevated from various doctors over the years. I am worried about long term damage from all of the stupid pills and drugs I used to take. My ALT has now reached 289 and AST is at 197. I feel fine with no symptoms. I exercise 6 days a week and started eating very lean in the last few months out of fear of fatty liver etc. I had an ultrasound done and it was unremarkable with only a 7mm dilation in bile duct size. I previously had my gallbladder removed due to stones. That was years ago. I tend to get some serious health anxiety and sometimes cannot tell if I have minor ache in my side from worry or actual liver pain. I am going to a gastrointerologist in 2 weeks. Any other experiences similar to mine would be helpful. Thank you.

I think the diagnosis of pee will tell if there is liver damage or concerns, diabetics are measured by pee.
