Highly irritable

Is irritability a common symptom for anyone else? I feel like I'm super irritable all the time or for a good part of the day and then it passes and I feel fine. Also, sometimes after I feel calmer I get shaky like an anxiety attack will come on.

Yes I can relate to this, it's how I feel a lot of the time daily and at night and in the early hours.

Yes! Me . My anxiety often manifests into irritablity and anger . I get so stressed out that I start feeling super hot and shakey . I've been a stay at home mom with little to  no help for 5 years and my therapist said i desperately need breaks and me time,  so I've been trying my best to take time for myself to unwind and de stress.

I have never been good at coping with pressure and stress and it's now gotten to the point where I'm affected by it daily . I wish so bad I would have taken the time to be mentally healthy years ago .

Maybe try to get some relaxing in and do something you enjoy ! I hope you feel better soon

Same. Get irritable, everything and everyone is annoying. I get really hot and shaky. The shaking is one of the symptoms that really gets to me as I hate it if people notice, ❤️

Don't beat yourself up, dealing with all the negative thoughts that comes with anxiety is exhausting and of course we will lash out times and he moody & irritable . We're in a constant battle with our own minds !

Sometimes I get super irritated with my child over the smallest things ..it's not fair to him at all & I live with the guilt daily because I feel like a s**t mom . That's why it's important for us to de stress as best we can . Xx
