Oh Wendy 30669 what an awful thing to happen. Has your hip been playing up before this. I had a total rhr in 2016 but up until six or so months ago it was still painful to bend it or if I moved awkwardly. However this is now ok. I've been told that I need my left hip done so at least I know what to expect. I hope you will be ok and hopefully this is the end if your problem

Omg that sounds extremely painful. When mine got dislocated I wanted to literally die right than and there. Let alone have it happen twice. Sounds like you might have a pinched nerve

    Good luck to you !

Hi Wendy, I had pinching in groin, but only for about a week, regular pain relief, exercises and it went, so good luck .

Once they pop, they seem to be more prone to popping again. My holiday insurance wanted to know how many times mine had popped, presumably because it indicates a bigger risk.

The only things you can do is take extreme care, and strengthen the thigh muscles with lots of exercise.

Wendy, that is really scary especially to us new hip replacement people. I would have thought your muscles would have been strong after two years to hold the hip. What reason was given for this happening after so long.
