I I finally had my hip replacement surgery about 4 weeks ago. some of the pain that I'm having is in my ankle my knee and my leg and around the ball socket how long does that take to go away

i had my hip replacement in august and i still get the odd pain but nothing like before. apparently it can take a full year to feel the full affect.
but your only at 4 weeks post op so just keep doing your exercises
and gradually walking more and feel the pain disappear.
also are you using cold and hot compresses?
and when your 6 weeks get your butt in the pool!
