Hip replacement

I am 12 wks post opt hip replacement been thru 12 wks of PT with very lil pain r problems up until yesterday by the end of the day i was n still am in severe pain from my hip to my knee it feels like lightning bolts striking i can barely walk its a holiday weekend so its go to a hospital r wait till tuesday n i dont know what to do the pain is like muscle spasams r maybe nerve pain but it goes to my knee the only thing i did was go up n down about 10 steps several times during the day yesterday i can walk so its not dislocated but the pain upon movement is just horrid

any suggestions r advice would be appreciated today is a sunday n docs office closed tomorrow jyst cant imagine whats going on
