Hip replacement dislocation

Has anyone had issues with their hip replacement dislocating? Is it rare or quite common? Thanks

were movement restrictions after thr ... what approach was used.. side front or inbetween..
its unusual after3-6 months .how long did dislocation take place after surgery.
in my personal experience after three hip replacement surgeries... the side approach was used each time and there were several restrictions the first 6 weeks to 12...to prevent dislocations.
