Hip replacement from donor

my wife was born with hip dysplasia but was not diagnosed until her 22nd birthday. you see we were born in a small community in nl where there was only family doctors. they kept telling her she had growing pains and suffered in much pain her younger life. at 22 we moved to ontario canada where she properly diagnosed. because now of her age she was given corrective surgery but as an adult she was warned that her relief would last for at least 10 to 15 years but would given a complete replacement before that time would come. it never. over the past several decades doctors were only performing hip replacements on older people and was only 27 years old. she was told she is too young and she would only wear it out to quickly. she wanted to go back to work, contribute to society with her college degree but no how many doctors she seen, she was given excuse after excuse. they just put her a high dosage of narcotics for 30 years. 360mg of oxycodone a day. she finally got to see one of the best orthopetic surgen in canada. he stated that she can no longer be a candidate because has been eaten away with arthritis and theres nothing left of bone and carthlitch for a hip to fuse to. she now cant support her own weight and is bed ridden 6 days a week. there are some days, good days where she can use her cane to leave her room but only for short periods as this has caused new severe pain and bulged disc in her upper neck making her paralysis in her upper right body. my wife is a strong woman both mentally and spiritally strong and never ever asked for pity but were now grasping at straws and was wondering if there was such a thing about hip replacements from condavors.
