Hi could Histamine cause IBS symptoms , and if it does what is the cure

    Well yes, possibly. The answer would be to identify the foods with high histamine content in your diet and avoid them.

    You can find the high histamine foods if you Google the internet. Alcohol is one and mature cheese is another but there are many others.
