Histamine intolerance mast cell

Has anyone else been diagnosed with this problem ?

    I have histamine intolerance but I don't know about mast cell so I'm interested to see what other people say.

      I've had violent skin itching for years and I have to use anti-histamines or I'll scratch until I bleed. I don't like taking them and I've tried many things, such as homeopathic remedies, which help me to delay taking the anti-histamines but I have to give in eventually. 

      I've tried herbs with the same result, they're helpful but not strong enough. I've love to be able to stop taking the anti-histamines because one doctor told me they can be harmful to the liver.
