I feel like doctors are lieing to me I can already see the headline in the paper about my death .

I'm scared I can't live everybody is saying stop worrying life's too short that's what I'm scared of the fact life's too short and you don't know what tommorow will bring 😢my head will not wrap around it at all ...

Now all my words are getting muddled again my speech is slurry I'm 22 I feel I have dementia or something I feel 85 waiting for it to happen not 22 living it up 😭 tablets don't work cbt don't work my nana has been put on tablets now for depression she's like 10 worse I've had to ring crisis team out to her to watch her while she's on them so asking for other tablets is now out the Window because not only me now my nana bad off them argh I can't win and I can't be normal and does anybody else have natural ways to calm it ? I've changed my diet I walk everywhere I dance while cleaning ect so I'm active now I even started taking multi vitamins anything else that might snap me out of this I'm so ready to be better I just can't get there .

    Hi Steph

If you're looking for a natural way to ease your anxiety then I suggest you look at Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  This is what I used to overcome my panic attacks a few years ago.  I still use it to this day whenever I need to, if I feel anxious etc...

There are loads of videos on Youtube you could look at to give you an idea of just how easy it is to use too!

It's obviously not a magic potion or anything - you have to be prepared to keep using the technique - until you get to the bottom of what's causing your anxiety.

But as you said "You're so ready to be better" so I'm sure you'll use it to help you get there!

Let me know how you get on with it?

I've had anxiety for about 10yrs and had loads of different meds which didn't work the only thing I found to have a effect is distractions I never go anywhere without my headphones as my music is the best one for me anything that distracts you from thinking about it seems to help also some situations trigger mine eg. On the train I know if I start to feel bad I have no escape so it gets bad because I'm thinking about it but if u know I have a escape and can go and sort it out I'm fine
