hi I know this might sound stupid. but can u have a stroke from being hit in the throat. or feelnlike passing out. I was giving my son a hug and his shoulder hit off my throat. it wasn't hard. or forcefully or anything..I now feel like I'm gonna faint 😠I can swallow and breath and everything just fine but i feel like im gonna pass out. pls tell me im being silly and just overthinking.

Hi, if the hit wasnt hard and you just feel light headed then it could just be your panicking and need to lie down.
