Hit my head

Hi, so yesterday afternoon i was walking at a brisk pace (5mph according to my phone on snapchat at the time), and i hit the top of my head on the frame of the fire exit door i was walking through. It obviously hurt and i felt the top of my head with my hand to find an immediate lump had risen. However i carried on my day as i had a lot of things to do and didnt want it to get in the way. An hour later i returned home to bring shopping in, i then hit my head the exact same way again on the frame of the fire exit door when i was going out to get in the taxi i had booked. I felt my head to see a small droplet of blood on my finger. Again, i ignored it. Now 14 hours after i first hit my head ive still got a pounding head ache, i feel a little nausious, and a scab has appeared. I also feel tired and have done since hitting my head. I dont want to make a fuss and visit A&E and havent really got the time to do so (plus the hospitals are pretty much all on black alerts and not accepting any new patients due to the Australian Flu Epidemic). I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on whats wrong and what i should do? (I.e: should i go work? Sleep? Get some fresh air?).

Thanks to anyone that responds smile
