Hit the back of my head, very scared

I hit the back of my head against the wall 3 times in a row. It was quite painful at the moment, though I didn't see any "stars out of my eyes". I immediately laid down and tried to calm down.

This happened almost 6 hours ago. I applied ice a couple of times for 10-15 minutes after an hour or two have passed. Now I have some low grade pain/numbness where I hit my head. It's not so bad that I would need any painkillers and I suppose it's surface pain. I walk and talk fine, my mother didn't point out any changes in me. But I still feel very anxious and scared. I'm afraid if there could be slow internal bleeding.

What are the chances of this developing into anything serious? Should I be worried?

If you are walking and talking and acting normally and not sleepy, and you didnt pass out I am sure you are fine. If your mother is aware of the incident and she notices anything odd then go to A/E. I would say its unlikely you have a slow internal bleed . just dont do it again!
