ALL of these symptoms sound like EXTREME anxiety to me. I don't know your age but some symptoms might warrant a test for diabetes. Have you been tested for that? Are you taking any other medications?

im on 50mg sertraline in the morning and 45mg mirtazapine at nite with clonazapam when i need

I have, or have had, most of the symptoms on your list.

From reading these forums I have discovered that the deep breathing really helps me. I didn't think it would help, but it does. I also take sertraline, and valium only if I feel a panic attack coming on. I wish I had a magic wand, to cure you and all who suffer from anxiety. My best thoughts and prayers go with you.

I agree with one of the comments above...extreme anxiety symptoms. I had many of these symptoms a few summers ago when i swore that I had adrenal cancer. Once that was ruled out things gradually went back to normal. More recently my Dr. noticed my liver was swollen and painful to the touch. I thought it was cancer again and was very ill for a few weeks while awaiting test results. Thankfully all was clear as far as the liver but it takes a while after such a long stretch of anxiety to get your systems back on track. I recently learned in one of my psychology classes how just one bout of panic affects the body. It's crazy! especially the immune system! and I've had thousands of panic attacks over the last 20 + years. Be kind to yourself. Accept the results and focus instead on managing your anxiety. A lot of the symptoms you think might be HIV sound more like full blown and/or late stage AIDS. That amount of virus in your body to have symptoms like that would show up crazy high on your test. Let's celebrate you being in the clear, and again focus instead on managing anxiety to see if symptoms improve.

Why do you think you have HIV?

I get that. but did you have a blood transfusion, unsafe sex. Anything along those lines?

This all sounds like anxiety but How long has it been since you were tested? If it's been longer than six months since you're last test, to ease you're mind ask you're doctor to retest you. Maybe that will bring you're anxiety down.

what about the brown stripe on my thumb nail ?

I'm not a doctor but it could be anything. maybe you injured it and just didn't know and busted a blood vessel which should heal on it's own eventually. could be a vitamin deficiency somewhere. It could be a number of different things but commonly a busted blood vessel could cause that.
