HIV symptoms but negative at 1/2/3 months (4th gen)

*Hello everyone, this post is a bit longer, but it would be really helpfull for myself if you could provide some experience/info
The story is following:
I had an unprotected high risk sexual intercourse this April with a person i've known for a few years prior. I didn't think much of it until i started to experience symptoms;
- At 4 days. The first symptom of them all were patches of red skin that came and went in the matter of minutes (on random places on skin) This lasted for 2 days.
- Approximately 1-1,5 weeks later my mandibular lymph nodes start to hurt a bit (mild pain) and i had some sort of neck stiffness.
- At around 2,5 weeks i experienced something similar to flu/covid. (fatigue, low fever, absence of apetite, night sweats, red eyes and painful lymph nodes in neck)
- Fever disappeared quickly in 1-2 days.
- Nightsweats continued sporadically for a week/two
- Fatigue and tiredness continued for about a month
- Painfull lymph nodes are still present after 3 months
- Covid 19 PCR was negative at this point
- At around 3-4 weeks i had an onset of rash on chest, legs and inner arms. The rash was not prominent, it was faint but it was still visible. I also noticed white lines on both sides of tongue. The rash itself lasted for 2-4 weeks and it would come and go. It left a slightly darker hyperpigmentation (again, barely visible but visible) At this point i experienced skin itching that was not associated with rash. It was located where there was no rash. Another thing that appeared in this time were purplish discolorations on inner arms/biceps that kinda looked like broken blood vessels (This symptom is still here after 3 months and do come and go)
- At around week 6-7 i experienced a fullness feeling in liver and spleen (mostly in spleen) This symptom dissapeared 1,5-2 weeks later. I noticed petechiae on my biceps that are visible after waking up, but dissapear 1-2 hours later
- At around week 8 my axillar lymph nodes started to hurt. At this time i noticed a pattern in lymphadenopaty - From the beggining tenderness was strongest in the afternoon/before sleep, and was weakest in the morning. There is no inguinal lymphadenopaty. Interdigital intertigo comes and goes on 2 fingers
- At 3 months only symptoms i have left are painfull lymph nodes in the neck and ocasionally in armpits with white lines on tongue side. I had no recurrent fever, the night sweats, fatigue and rash are absent. (apart from morning petechiae and purplish discolorations.)
The symptoms that are common in acute HIV infection that I didn't experience are:
- Sore throat/pharyngitis
- Muscle pain
- Joint pain
- Mouth ulcers
- Headache
- High fever
I was convinced that this is ARS/initial HIV, and i still am.
However, my tests results are following: (all tests are 4th gen Ag/Ab lab based from serum and blood drawned from vein):
CMIA - 2 weeks - non reactive
CMIA - 3 weeks - non reactive
CMIA - 4 weeks - non reactive
CMIA - 6 weeks - non reactive
ECLIA - 8 weeks - non reactive
ELISA - 9 weeks - non reactive
ECLIA - 10 weeks - non reactive
ECLIA - 12 weeks - non reactive
The other guy also did 2 tests (4th gen):
CMIA Ag/Ab at: 3 and 7 weeks - non reactive
Other blood works:
Anti HCV at: 10 weeks - negative
Anti TP (Syphillis) at: 10 weeks - negative
EBV - igG
COVID-19 PCR - negative
CBC blood work shows fluctuating lymphocites (they rise and are elevated and few days later they reduce to normal values and repeat. Platelets and Monocytes are normal. Eosinophils elevated at 6 weeks, but went back normal later.
I did not use PEP/PrEP and neither did the other guy. (assuming they can delay antibodies/antigens)
My GP considers my results at 3 months conclusive, however I am really concerned about those symptoms and will test again for sure (4,5,6) months. I just hope it wont turn to positive.
I also talked with HIV/AIDS experts (Dr.HHH) and they say that it is impossible to have HIV symptoms and have no antigen/antibodies, and that my test at 6 weeks was conclusive.
Furthermore I requested an RNA-PCR-HIV-1 but it is never used as a diagnostic tool in my country. At least not before serology or Western Blot are positive, so I was rejcted.
I would really like to know, and it would be really helpfull to hear if someone experienced the same thing as me, as this has really fueled me with anxiety/fear/depression. I think Im just a slow seroconverter, in fact i am convinced that i have HIV, but it won't show on tests.
I also know that there will be assumptions that above mentioned symptoms are psychosomatic(in my head) but they are not.
Should I believe my results or should I keep testing?
Thank You in advance.

Hey I just saw someone with a similar post. That is where they think they have HIV and its symptoms but results show positive. I think the user is @https://patient.info/forums/profiles/vegettrain10234-1387949

i just read that, tnx. But the symptoms that guy mentioned do not sound like HIV at all, and they appeared too early (only 2 days after exposure)

Hi! Unfortunately, my simptoms are persistant. They somehow toned down a bit, but its still bothering me alot. mostly lymph nodes and skin problems.
I tested around 20 times with Ag/Ab until 7 months post exposure. Got quantitative RNA which also came out negative. All other STI's are negative. Currently I'm on antibiotics (doxy) because of skin problems. Its not helpful much.

Hey Carl. i wanted to ask how are your symptoms going. did you get tested again? Also, I wanted to hear your opinion. i have a similar experience going on and idk if it's hiv or not. I had unprotected oral sex. and after 2 days i felt a lot of tingles in my body. it's been 15 days now but I have no rashes, no swollen lymph nodes, nothing. i did have headaches but nothing major. the tingles have come down right now. I have noticed petechiae in my body a lot recently. but they are not coming in clusters though. just those tiny dots by themselves. separated from others by at leqst more than 1 inch. i will get tested for std and hiv in a few days and will update. also will retest in 3 months.
