According to your question, i can confirm that you are HIV NEGATIVE ! You do not need to do anymore test.
The DUO test is an HIV test that looks for antibodies for HIV-1 and HIV-2 and also looks for evidence of the p24 protein which is on the surface of the HIV particle. This test is considered 99.8% accurate at 28 days.
For the antibody test, in London 56 dean street, we considered the negative result after 6 weeks is conclusive.
By the way, protected oral and vaginal sex is not a way that HIV will transfer(that is why we called protected sex). Also, HIV is not passed by masturbation (but you have a very low risk that if you have a open cut on your finger and the girl is on period with a lot blood).
So do not need to be worried at all, all of your result is clear and no need to do any more test.
However, there are some more STDs, like chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis could have a chance passing by the other people who get infected.
I would suggest you to go for a std screen test and hope everything will be NEGATIVE.
Move on to your life.
All the best

Thanks for your reply and reassuring words!!
Was also wondering what the odds would be of all my tests turning to positive later???
Would you consider it safe having sexual relations with my wife again?
Thanks again

I don’t think there will be any odds for your result.
You already test a lot and it is all come back negative.
So move on to your life and enjoy the sex with your wife.
