Hiv through insertice oral risk

Hello everyone, i need advices from professional doctor please. I had insertive oral sex with sex worker whicj lasted only for 10 sec (i told her to finish). there was no cuts or sores on my penis( iam sure about that). Can you tell me is there any real risk from this activity to get Hiv or hepatitis b. What i know is that Hiv is not spread this way often but i wonder if it carries even little risk to get infected. moreover I dont know her status she told me that she is hundred percent healthy but of course i dont believe her. please tell me what i have to because i became paranoid about it and am not able to get tested cause only one week past after exposure. The thing is thst there was no visible blood or such things for sure but i didnt look inside her mouth to check gums

    its very rare to catch the virus in oral sex. Dont worry .. you are fine

    still dont understand does insertive fellatio without visible blood and without any sores or cuts on my penis carry real risk of transmitting hiv.
