Hiv transmission after injections

I did some procedures of meso therapy (injection of vitamins in your skin). The dermatologist always uses disposable ampoule, the last time she used an bigger opened ampoule. She decided to take another portion of vitamins cocktail because the first one was insufficient and changed only the needle and took with my seringe a new portion from this ampoule. After some days I become worried because then she colledcted a new portion some of my blood partciules might be transferred to ampoule and I don't know how many times she did it for different clients(I was 100% clean, I did a blood teste last year and didn't have a possible exposure after ). Now, I'm worried that in the opened ampoule might be hiv, hepatitis particules from another clients, and when she colledcted a dose for me some of those particles where injected in my skin. Theoretically is it a big chance of contracting hepatitis or HIV?
