Hives from pizza and mac and cheese, but not wheat or cheese alone.

Hey guys. I've been trying to figure out why I break out in hives after eating mac & cheese, or pizza. I'm not allergic to wheat or cheese and eat them all the time. But these combinations of them together is an issue. 

Any ideas?

    Could it be the gluten? And with these items you are getting a higher amount with the crust or pasta than some of your other meals? Have you had allergy testing done before?

    Could be gluten, Milk, eggs, egg white, etc. but you really  need an allergy test.
