Hives on my hands

I am currently 2.5 months into my acne treatment. I take isotretinoin 30mg a day. I had this small red rash on my right hand for 2 weeks thought nothing about it, as it wasn't really hurting or itching. However, recently my right hand is almost completely covered in hives(I think they are) and my left hand is starting to get these small red dots as well. They won't go away.File size is too big I currently cannot contact a doctor for the next 2 weeks. What should I do? Stop taking isotretinoin? Will it affect the end results of my treatment if I stop taking it?
