Holep in 2 days at Jefferson hospital in phila. Will follow up with results

I've had 2 unsuccessful PAE's in the last year. both were at UNC. Still having difficulty so taking the next step. Decided on Holep over Rezum, Bi-Polar Turp. and modified laser turp.

Will let you know the results.

    You should be fine if American Uro's are as good as British ones:-) What is modified laser TURP?

      Thanks Derek!  He's been doing them for a long time. I hope is is as good as the Brits!  its a ND-Jag laser with scraping   i decided not for me.

    Best of luck to you mike. Holep is a good choice, almost a sure thing, and much less messy than TURP. How large is your prostate ? I understand HOLEP is for large prostates mainly. Hank

      Hi Hank, its currently around 80gms. It was around 150 before the 2 PAE's.  Good luck on your journey.
