HoLEP-- Need some input on this procedure

I have an appointment with a Urologist on May 27 concerning this procedure. He is highly regarded in the field of HoLEP sergury. What must I know going into this meeting? Has anyone on this thread had this sergury? What has been the outcome long term? 

Any comments would be appreciated.

    I recently had prostate laser resection.  I went to Tenova Healthcare where my urologist used the Revolix laser.  You really need to google search this laser, since it has some of the best results. NO incontinence reports, shorter recovery with better urine flow studies.  The laser can be coninuous or depolyed with short bursts.  If you have on-going prostate problems, schedule the surgery, spend 3 days at home with the cath, then LIVE A BETTER LIFE.  Best of luck to all who suffer.
