Holes on skin, like crater

Does anyone know what is this? Should I go to the doctor?

    looking at it i would certainly be seeing a doctor to find out whats causing it

    These are not acne scars. They look very much like sores from insects biting or burrowing . Are you in an area where there are sand flies? Yes,definitely go to your doctor.
