i think it depends how you got a frozen shoulder. I had one many years ago from an accident which fractured my rotator cuff. Unfortunately the injections did not work. I now have another frozen shoulder from a ski injury, broke the top of my arm. It will be 6 months by the time I actually get to see the trauma specialist and will refuse the injections.
i am not sure but suspect if you developed the frozen shoulder rather than it be the result of an injury, you may be lucky and find it will help you.

Steroid Injecitons usually work within a few days if they are going to work for you. However they do not always work, but if they do they generally last for 3months. They are more short termfix. They may however help you so you can enjoy your holiday.

Hope to have surgery because two years with this comdition is not acceptable to me .....hope you and everyone else with this condition feel better very soon x
