holtor monitor

so I have had anxiety and panic since March, I have come a long way with practice and mindfulness. I have had all the blood work, and a stress test done to make sure it's nothing on the physical side that was causing my symptoms. well a couple days ago I was woken up from my sleep with heart palps, which I had never felt b4. so my Dr decided to have me wear a holtor monitor, just so we can rule out this last hump. well I'm feeling all those PVc's and it's pretty scary, I feel like feeling those is setting me back 10 steps in the wrong direction, like I'm regressing. any advice on this and how to get through all those sensations without wanting to run to the ER??

I wore a Holter monitor in March 2016. The results came back and they told me I'm fine, my heart is fine. Later on come to find out at a recent physical, the Holter reported 8% of my beats were PVC's. Sounds like a pretty high number to me, but apparently i'm still considered healthy. I do have GAD. What I'm trying to say is that PVC's and palpitations are just something that happens with anxiety but it's nothing that'll stop you from leading a healthy life.
