Hope you're all surviving Christmas 😘

Just a quick check in to say hello to anyone out there. Noticed a couple of posts over the last two weeks where people said they had been doing well and then as Cmas approached had begun to blip.

It's a tricky old time of year, can be very stressful with fam, or with loneliness, and dark days.

My mood often dips a bit this time of year, even when I'm not recovering from a depression.

Hope you're all okay and that you survived Xmas.... if you're reading this, then you obviously did.

Not long to go now until the days start getting lighter x

Thank you Ruth, there is no doubt that with all the rich food and alcohol, plus socialising is difficult when starting up or coming off these, I have had quite a few blips, still early days, hope your ok too. Happy New Year Ruth x

Am OK thanks Paula, actually had a really nice time at home with parents for three days. But darker days do make me feel gloomier at times. However, any blips have been temporary, thankfully.

Happy new year my lovely, will def get along to a meetup in 2019, as the days get longer.

Recovery has taken a bit longer than anticipated.

What a journey you've had this year, also. Well done for coming off! Wishing now for you that your windows become longer and longer 😊 Happy new year xxx
