does anyone find that the 5 day prior to time of month is so much worse anxiety wise since starting citalopram i find im just about beside myself by the time i am due any suggestions welcome im on 10 mg week 9.5

    I do, I can always tell when its getting ready to be 'that time' I feel more emotional and anxious for sure, but it passes shortly after that time comes.

    YES YES YES - i be beside myself a few days before but ive noticed its starting to stay heightened during and fir a day r so after - i currently take 10mg but im staring on 20 tomorro as i cant take the physical symptoms any more ☹
