Hormone pellet wearing off

Hi! i have been on the hormone pellet Biote for almost a year. My last dose I experienced anxiety attacks. I have never had A history of anxiety attacks before. I have been taking Zoloft for the past three months. My palate is beginning to wear off and am scheduled for a new one in about two weeks. I have noticed some small episodes of anxiety attack recently. Does anyone else have an increase in anxiety symptoms when their palate is wearing off? I am wondering if this is a side effect when the pallet is wearing off.
