Horrible anxiety symptoms 24/7

I’ve been feeling physical anxiety symptoms for two weeks now and some days are worse then others. It started with me getting carsick all the time to just being nauseous randomly even at home. I sometimes feel a pressure on the bridge of my nose , my forehead and ears. That whole area feels congested and sometimes I get these pressure headaches on the sides of my head . I’ll get short of breath or if I talk too long I feel like I lose breath I can’t even go on walks anymore bc I feel anxious , lightheaded. If I lean forward or any sort of movement like that I feel a weight or pressure on my head. Anyone else feel like this? Idk what to do and it makes me panic . I don’t feel normal I just want to cry . ( I have been dealing with anxiety since I was 12 I’m now 20)

It sounds like your Anxiety so you need to discuss how you are getting on with your GP.

You need to discuss why you feel the way you do and then you are possibly heading to a place where you can address how you feel

If you have any hobbies, distractions or diversions, they can help take your mind of you negative upsetting anxious feelings, It is important you understand the reasons for your panic attacks and anxiety because knowing the problems will help you address them

I understand how you are feeling. It is terrible. I felt the same things 5 months ago. Also, I did not have any energy, felt very weak. I was deeply depressed. Taking medications helped me most.
