Horrible back pain

hello people i am since 6 months in horrible back pain well sometimes its horrible and sometimes its easing i really can not stand it anymore on mri there is onl bulging disc protrusion at l5/s1 and my lumbar and low thoracic spine is more straight so less curvature than what it should be. i have the feeling of something thight as if its broken on l1/t12 but nothing shows on mri ct or x ray can mri not miss something? i also have since 2 months nausea as i am full i dont want to live with that pain anymore i went to docs but they leaving me alone i really feel alone i go to chiropracticors and all they think is about cashing. i really need advise help . i am not saying u will know it btw but a trade of ideas and so could maybe help

    Hi,

    its infuriating living with so much pain. it cam be an uphill battle when it comes to treatment for back pain. im having my first surgery next month and have had pain for 18 years now! keep going to your gp. in time you may get help
