Horrible physical feelings

Hi all i had a good morning and then suddenly started to get this horrible feeling at around lunchtime- cold, slightly shivery edgy feeling which steadily got worse. Not normal anxiety - not triggered by any anxious thoughts or anything just purely physical. Almost like my body was trying to have a panic attack but couldnt quite. its like a lesser version of the awful burning things i had at the beginning i think but havent had one for ages. Everytime i think im getting better something like this happens! Has anyone else had this? i know i should just let myself go with it and feel it until it passes but its such a horrible feeling - it made me worry I was going to have a seizure or something as its all physical - i donf get these types of things when im not on the meds - is it some weird side effect and will it ever go away?

    Hi Tamsin

i had the same last night it is a symptom of anxiety and like u say comes out of nowhere . It's not nice at all is it i take a beta blocker and anti sickness when i cant breath through it . I think it depends how your day is going i'm having a particularly stressful time in work at the moment .

I must admit i did panic a bit more than i normally do but i got through it . I am on 10mg cit and have been on them nearly 3 years now started on 20mg . At the moment i cant c me coming off them every time i try i seem to have these bloody horrible symptoms , but compared to how i was in the beginning i am worlds better
