Horrible symptoms for over 8 months now!

Hello there, I am 18 years old male and I have been having horrible symptoms for over 8 months, I don't remember when it started to happen, I have been having fatigue, headaches, and extreme pain all over my body (it comes and goes, something like a random needle pain), I have tried to go to the GYM , exercise more and eat more healthy food because I thought it might have something to do with my lifestyle, but this didn't help at all, I don't drink and I don't smoke, and I don't think I have any sleep disorder, as I never snore.

I have had a brain MRI before (came out fine), along with a blood test, diabetes test, and blood pressure test, these came out fine, can this indicate chronic fatigue syndrome? and is there really a way to know? what else can I try?

the symptoms is not always there, but it is here most of the times.

    1. Headaches, I have been having headaches for the same duration, but it is currently better.

    2. I have to sleep for over 18-19 hours when I do a lot of work/efforts

Here's the red flag for ME/CFS: when you do an activity, do you get fatigued beyond what is normal? If yes, and since your bloodwork has come back normal, you may have the illness. In case you do, the very worst thing you can do is go to the gym and exercise more. That can make you a lot worse and lessen your chances for a recovery. Take it easy, pace yourself, and stay within your energy envelope.  This can't hurt, and if you do have ME/CFS, it will help.
