Hospital can't diagnose my illness

Hi,I've been unwell for the past year ......let me explain.
I'm male in my late 50's.Generally in good health.I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate 2 years ago which is managed by taking Tamsulosin daily.
In October 2019 I came down with the following symptons.....discomfort all down my left side, fatigue and tiredness which then progressed into depression. After numerous tests it was discovered at the end of january I had extremely low levels of vitamin D.After a 2 month course of tablets I recovered and all was well.
Then at the start of may I had a sudden episode. My vision went blurry, tingling in my left arm followed by a painful headache and nausea.I went to a+e and was diagnosed as having had a TIA.
The vision returned to normal after an hour but the tingling continued.
In the weeks and months since I developed pain in my chest and back on the left side and later in the heel of my left foot.I have had numbness in my left arm ever since the TIA and more recently this has spread to my lower legs.I am constantly tired and sometimes have to lie down during the day for an hour.I work full time by the way.
The pains in my left side have pretty much cleared up now although I have had a pain on the inside of my right thigh right at the top.Could be linked, maybe not.
I have had CT scans on my head and from my shoulders to my pelvic with a dye in my veins.
I have had an MRI scan on my head and on my spine.
I have had numerous blood tests.I asked that my vitamin D level be rechecked.
All tests have come back clear and the doctor I am under has said it's a wait and see situation from here on in.
So that's where I am.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be glad to hear.
Thanks
