Hot and tingling limbs?! Please help!

Hi, im a 23 year old female and have been experiencing hot tingling sensations in both my arms/hands/shoulders since the night of xmas eve with the occasional tingling in my face and ankles also and very slow movements and eating slow even despite trying to move/eat faster. The slowness and tingling face and legs only occurred once or twice though, whereas my arms have been constant. Right now my neck, arms and shoulders feel extremely weak and achy and still very hot and a little tingly, but not as bad as on xmas eve as they were even spasming slightly and very floppy then. I also thought i experienced word slurring with a few sentences but i cannot be sure - it was just very odd. I'm allergic to MSG and the tingling and heaviness felt similar to an allergic reaction i've previously had to it - but on the inspection of everything i'd eaten that day i found no traces of MSG. I haven't had any headaches or eye strain or genuine fatigue other than in my limbs but all of this started after i found out my sister had accidentally broken my phone, which caused me to break out crying because i couldnt afford to fix it because of overspending at xmas. Depsite my dad telling me that he would pay to fix my phone i still continued to break out crying even though i told both him and my boyfriend that i had no idea why i was still crying because i wasnt even upset. I just kept feeling my lip trembling and jaw aching and felt as if i couldnt stop (by the way the crying also occurred on xmas eve but it was before any of my body started tingling). I have no history of mental health issues and my bf thinks the little crying outbursts i had before all of the weird extras was a panic attack about not having money and a broken phone (as i'd only just gotten it fixed and would be £150 to fix) but also i wouldn't know because i've never had one and didn't have trouble breathing, my lips just kept trembling uncontrollably even though i didn't emotionally feel sad anymore.

Please help because the tingling and stuff is still occurring and i don't want to phone a&e because of covid. If anyone needs more info about any of it from me then please ask me, i would encourage it if it helps me get answers. Tysm in advance. **

This sounds like anxiety , possibly on the verge of depression. Many many people have felt like this during 2020 especially over this Christmas due to not being able to do all the normal things we are used to doing. Being unable to shop normally, unable to hug relatives and friends, or even have normal outings with friends. Sounds like your muscles in neck and shoulders are tensing, causing aching. That slowness to eat is another sign of verging on depression. The broken phone is the trigger which has pushed you over the edge. It can help to go out for a walk...just to get away from everyday things. Read a book rather than looking at the internet or TV.

I know you cant see a doctor at the moment but I sincerely encourage you to see your doctor after new Year. Its becoming very common at the moment.
