HOT FEELING IN HEAD AND IN THROAT

When I touch my scalp I feel as if it’s burning or like a sunburn mark on my head. I’m starting to get like a burning sensation on my right side of my throat same side I feel the burning sensation. I’m scared and nervous that my brain is bleeding or something is happening. I read stuff online the suggested Nerve Damage and now I’m worried I have developed that. Please help. Anybody else get this feeling? I feel like I’m going to die, I left my classroom and am in the restroom because I got scared.

lol. Sorry that I am laughing, but it's funny that you think you brain is bleeding. I am not a doctor, but I swear to god that if your brain was bleeding, you could not write anything your just wrote. You would probably be dead. It's all anxiety. There is nothing wrong with you. It's just anxiety... You mentioned you were in a class room. It could be agoraphobia or claustrophobia. It could have been just pressure form the class itself. It could be just random thoughts. When you have anxiety or panic, your heart pumps out a lot more blood because of Fight or Flight, and therefore you hear your heart beat and you got warm and tingly and all kinds of other physical sensations. It's JUST anxiety. I swear to you

STOP GOOGLING lol. I have learned the hard way that is the worst thing you can do. I know it's hard bout don't do it! I swear I've died 50 times already according to google lmao.
It's just anxiety, you're probably having a panic attack or anxiety attack. The body can get all kinds of weird physical symptoms from those attacks and many of the symptoms had to do with your head and throat/neck area. Sometimes my face goes numb, at first I freaked out that I had a brain tumor or a stroke, thanks to Dr. Google haha. But eventually I noticed it was just my anxiety and as soon as I realized that and wasn't afraid of it, I stopped getting that symptom haha. It's amazing what your mind can do to your body.

I actually see a therapist and it helps a lot. I highly suggest seeing one yourself, they really can help you rationalize your fears and understand why you have them in the first place, and then you don't get as scared and afraid.
I used Psychology Today website to find one in my area, very useful website! Try looking for one that specializes in anxiety too, that will benefit you more.
