It made me panic and run outside to get some fresh air for ten mins.i felt truly awful.i was very tired that day as walking loads in London and was aching as I have RA.hubby said I looked red and my ears felt beetroot red.it eventually went and I ended up having a. Good time on the unlimited champagne but your thoughts please.was this a hot flush or a panic attack ? As it was happening I did get a feeling of being closed in but I've suffered panic attacks before And didn't get the extreme heat in my face but I may have made myself have an anxiety attack as was getting panicky with the heat feeling. can anyone help thank you Michelle xxx

Why worry Michelle what it was, you coped with it, it passed and you enjoyed your day

I tend to dwell on symptoms as well sitting wondering what caused it and wondering if it'll happen again, there's no point, you'll just make yourself feel worse

Wish I could take my own advice lol

Enjoy the rest of your day!!

Hi Michelle yes sounds like a good hot menopause flash. You coped well a bit of fresh air until it passed and then back to your afternoon. Buy an old fashioned fan it looks good and you get cool at the same time. I have them all over the house and in my handbags. Now you know what to expect you won't be as worried they come in very hot medium hot and just a little hot.
