how would you describe your hot flushes??
how frequently do you have them?
mine are like a wave of heat taking over my full body & literally nothing cools me down.
Then im freezing
Seem worse in the night like literally every hour

I usually get hot at nighttime when I'm sleeping and I have to get the blanket off of me, sometimes I get kind of sweaty on my neck too
