    Hi,

Just to let you know I have been suffering with the hot flushes for 8 yrs I am now 56 yrs old. I wanted to lose wait so I ordered the 'pure green coffee bean extract' 5,000 mg capsules to stop me eating as much, it didn't work but what I found was it was working for my hot flushes, when I ran out of the capsules I forgot to reorder I felt the full brunt of the hot flushes, I reordered and even when I take one before I go to sleep I sleep deeply for a good 6 hours. I hope this helps.

    goodluck

Hi I'm now 62, started the menopause at 53, and sadly I am still suffering symptoms. I don't have the sudden, blow your head off flushes, more like my heat setting is permanently higher. The smallest exertion and I'm uncomfortably warm! Has anyone else had success with Sassy's pure green coffee extract, I've tried all the other natural remedies but none worked?

Try menoforce sage extract tablets. My year long suffering with night sweats ended the first day I took a tablet. Didnt think it was possible. Good luck.
