Hot neck and pain anyone getting the heat??

Been having this problem now for 11 weeks very anxious about it, neck at the side and back feels hot to touch, lymph glands have been up! Any one having the same heat? Xx

    Yes, my neck is very hot.  My doctor didnt seem concerned about it.  Im lookikng to have surgery in Nov.
