I can relate to this but I believe mine has to do with the way that I sleep because back problems caused Spinal Stenosis

We seem to follow the same path although I do not have your back problem

    Hi retriever,

If I get cold at night, I just can't get warm. My body and brain go into almost shock mode. I know that if my nose goes cold enough, this will happen. If my brain is still working I get a warm shower otherwise I feel so very ill , freezing and exhausted. I also have really hot nights where i'm the opposite. That is usually after I have fallen asleep though. Unlike you not the next day though.

    Hope that helps

I will try the shower thanks. Another problem is I do everything to the clock something I have got to stop. It means I go to bed before I am ready so I don't relax thats when the heat arrives, I know what you mean by feeling very ill it really does get out of control. What I do is talk to myself to get it under control. It does work especially with the heart thumping. I am trying everything I can by questioning why.
