hot weather

Hi,  before my MD diagnosis my husband and I booked a holiday to France.  We are due to go in June. Driving from the north of England, through the channel tunnel and down to mid France. I'm slightly worried that the hotter weather will trigger an attack.  Has anyone found hot, sunny weather a problem?

No the hot weather has never triggered an attack for me. Sometimes the car journey can bring on the vertigo. Go on your holiday and try to relax.

I have not found weather to be a problem one way or the other.

you might want to take a decongestant if you plan on flying to release pressure.

A change in barometric pressure of more than .3 does effect some people and the suggestion of a sudafed before flying is good I do that for sure
